Pricing

We haven’t set our prices yet

CargoGauge is in early access. Rather than publish a price list we would have to invent, we agree terms directly with each of our first operators. Here is how that works, and what we need to know about your fleet to give you a number.

Straight answer

Why this page has no plans on it

We would rather explain how we will arrive at a number with you than publish a price list we would have to walk back later.

01

We don’t know yet, and won’t guess

We are still learning what running CargoGauge costs per fleet and what it is worth to an operator. Publishing a number now would mean picking one at random and defending it later.

02

Fleets differ more than tiers allow

Ten trucks on long-haul linehaul and ten vans doing eighty urban stops a day put very different demands on the platform. So does bringing subcontractors into it.

03

Early operators should pay early prices

Joining now means using a platform that is still being finished, and telling us when it gets in your way. Whatever we agree will reflect that you took the risk first.

Where we are

What works today, and what doesn’t

You would get this list in a conversation anyway, so here it is up front. If something you depend on is on the right, say so and we will be straight about the timeline.

Running today

Live
  • Live fleet map with trip trails and position history
  • Routes, recurring schedules and per-trip stop editing
  • Arrival times accounting for EU driving-time rules, truck weight and dimension restrictions, ferry crossings and live traffic
  • Android driver app in 23 languages, with push notifications and offline-tolerant status updates
  • Subcontractor portal, with vehicle and driver document expiry tracking
  • Terminal and gate planning for ferry and yard operations
  • Analytics on completed trips, and GDPR export and deletion tooling

Not there yet

In progress
  • iOS driver app. It builds and runs, but trip GPS tracking is Android-only today.
  • Dashboard translations. The driver app speaks 23 languages; the operator dashboard is English only.
  • Self-service signup and billing. Accounts are set up with you by hand during early access.
  • A public API. Integrations with your TMS or ERP are something we would scope with you, not something you can switch on.
Get a number

Tell us about your fleet and we’ll quote it

One conversation is usually enough. Send us a few details and we will come back with what CargoGauge would cost for your operation, what it would do for you on day one, and what it would not.

Useful to know up front

  1. How many vehicles, and what kind
  2. Which countries you run in
  3. Whether subcontractors drive for you
  4. Roughly how many stops a vehicle does in a day
  5. What you use today, and what breaks about it
Questions

The ones we actually get asked

Honest answers, including where the answer is “not yet”.

So what will it cost me?

We don’t have a published answer, and we are not going to make one up on this page. Tell us the size and shape of your operation and we will come back with a concrete number for it, along with what it is based on.

Is there a free trial?

Not a self-service one. There is no signup button yet. During early access we set up accounts with operators individually, which in practice means we get you running with a handful of vehicles first and you decide from there whether it earns its keep.

When will pricing be published?

When we have run enough real fleets to know what the platform is worth and what it costs us to run. We are not going to put a date on that, because a date would be a guess too.

Do I need special hardware?

No telematics boxes and no installation appointments. The driver app runs on the Android phones your drivers already carry and uses the phone’s own GPS. iOS is not ready for trip tracking yet.

Where does my data live?

On EU infrastructure in Germany. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, the routing engine runs on our own servers so route data never leaves the platform, and the few external services we use (live traffic, map tiles and address lookup) are bound by GDPR Art. 28 data processing agreements. We don’t sell data and we don’t run ad trackers.

What if we stop using CargoGauge?

You can export your data and ask us to delete it, and we will. We are not going to ask an early operator to sign a multi-year contract to try something this new.

Ready to talk numbers?

Tell us what you run and we will tell you what it would cost and what still doesn’t work.

  • Quoted per operation, not per tier
  • No long contract to try it
  • Export and deletion on request
