Pricing during early access
CargoGauge is in early access, and pricing is agreed individually with each customer. Below you can read how this works and what we need to know about your fleet to give you a quote.
Why there is no price list yet
We agree pricing with each customer based on their operation rather than publishing fixed plans.
Pricing based on experience
We are gathering experience from the first fleets before setting standard prices, so that the pricing reflects the actual value for an operation.
Fleets differ
Ten trucks on long-distance linehaul and ten vans with eighty urban stops a day place very different demands on the platform, as does the use of subcontractors.
Early access pricing
Customers who join during early access use a platform that is still being developed, and give us feedback along the way. The pricing reflects this.
What is available today, and what is in development

Live- Live fleet map with trip trails and position history
- Routes, recurring schedules and per-trip stop editing
- Arrival times accounting for EU driving-time rules, truck weight and dimension restrictions, ferry crossings and live traffic
- Android driver app in 23 languages, with push notifications and offline support
- Subcontractor portal, with vehicle and driver document expiry tracking
- Terminal and gate planning for ferry and yard operations
- Reporting on completed trips, and GDPR data export and deletion
In development
In progress- iOS. The driver app is available for Android. iOS support is in development.
- Dashboard languages. The driver app is available in 23 languages. The operator dashboard is currently in English.
- Self-service sign-up. Accounts are currently set up by us during onboarding.
- Public API. Integrations with TMS and ERP systems are handled individually.

What does it cost?
We do not have a published price list yet. Tell us about the size and type of your operation, and we will come back with a specific quote and what it is based on.
Is there a free trial?
There is no self-service trial yet. During early access we set up accounts individually, and typically start with a few vehicles so you can evaluate the platform before rolling it out to the whole fleet.
When will pricing be published?
When we have enough experience from the first fleets to set standard prices. We have not set a date for this yet.
Do I need special hardware?
No. The driver app runs on the Android phones your drivers already have and uses the phone’s GPS. iOS support is in development.
Where does my data live?
On EU infrastructure in Finland. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Route calculation runs on our own servers, and the external services we use (live traffic, map tiles and address lookup) are bound by GDPR Art. 28 data processing agreements. We do not sell data and do not use ad trackers.
What if we stop using CargoGauge?
You can export your data and ask us to delete it. We do not require early access customers to sign multi-year contracts.
